1. Voluntary Contributions

Financial contributions made through CarbonBlueSolutions.net, OasisCone.com, or associated platforms in support of early-stage environmental initiatives — such as mangrove afforestation, desert greening, and carbon sequestration research — are considered voluntary and non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for contributions will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Confirmed technical errors (e.g., incorrect amount charged)

How to Request a Refund:
To request a review, please contact info@carbonbluesolutions.net within 7 calendar days of the transaction. All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Tax Status:
Unless explicitly stated, contributions are not tax-deductible. We encourage contributors to consult their local tax authorities regarding charitable deductions.

2. NFT Purchases

Carbon Blue Solutions offers digital collectible NFTs to recognize symbolic participation in our climate innovation projects. These NFTs are sold as non-refundable digital products and do not carry any form of ownership, equity, investment rights, or entitlement to future value.

Key Terms:

  • All NFT purchases are final and non-refundable

  • NFTs are delivered digitally, either:

    • To a supported blockchain wallet (e.g., MetaMask), or

    • Via a secure, email-based digital wallet for users without a crypto wallet

  • NFTs are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable

Buyer Responsibility:
Buyers must ensure the accuracy of the email address or wallet address provided at checkout. Carbon Blue Solutions is not responsible for delivery failures caused by invalid or incompatible recipient information.

Digital Goods Classification:
NFTs sold through our websites are classified as intangible digital goods in accordance with Stripe’s policies. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that:

  • No physical product will be shipped

  • The transaction is final

  • Refunds are only available in the case of proven technical or payment error
